Vickie Gipple

Rev. Vickie Gipple is an ordained minister with the Assemblies of God. She is married to Pastor Bill Gipple, the lead pastor of Orange County Deaf Church (OCDC) in Santa Ana, CA. She enjoys being a pastor’s wife, loves supporting her husband, and is involved with various ministries at OCDC. She teaches Sunday Discipleship Class and a Deaf Women’s Bible study and leads worship at her church.

Pastor Vickie is the President/Founder of Unforgotten Ministry. The Lord called her to establish a faith-based 501(c)(3) outreach ministry that reaches the forgotten. It is a ministry based on Encouraging, Equipping, and Evangelizing. She called the ministry “small and mighty” because God speaks to the forgotten, marginalized by the world.

They celebrated their 15-year milestone last October 2025 and are looking forward to what God has in store for 2026.

She received her two-year certification from the Rock School of Ministry in San Bernardino, CA. She also undertook additional ministerial training and received her first ordination from Dr. Vicki Lee of Saints of Value Ministries from 2009 to 2016. In 2011, she was honored with the “Annie McElroy Servant Heart” award at the Spirit of Excellence Banquet. Surprisingly, she received an Honorary Doctor of Divinity from Saints of Value Ministries in July 2015.
